Prescription Medication Administration
If your student needs to take prescription medications during the trip, you will need to complete a Prescription Medication Administration form. If you have not already turned in this form, please bring the completed from to the pre-trip meeting. Procedures for prescription medications will be reviewed at the mandatory spring trip meeting. You will be asked to deliver the actual prescriptions to one of the chaperone nurses the week before the trip.
Folding Music Stand
You will need a folding music stand for the NYC trip. If you do not have a folding music stand, please
